Tulinawa Oletweni DRC
The Democratic Resettlement Community is an informal settlement in Swakopmund, Erongo Region, Namibia. It was founded in 2001 as a temporary resettlement community for people waiting for subsidized housing in the city. It now has many recent immigrants from other African countries. It was initially built mostly of reclaimed garbage from the city landfill. The Community includes a youth development and community center, a clinic and laboratory, and a hostel for orphans.
