Club House
With all the other buildings on the property built for work, the clubhouse was
designed to provide a little fun and fellowship. Built in 1934 with trees taken down
by a tornado, this rustic structure gave visiting buyers a space to relax, and it
provided a place where the workers could have some down time as well. The
Brunswick bowling alley was installed in 1935 and employees formed bowling
leagues and many company celebrations were held here. The white pins were and
still are set by hand. When not used for pleasure, the clubhouse was simply the
office for the brothers
